Noodle Spark Group is a Commercial Transformation and fractional leadership consultancy. We help organisations understand what is preventing growth, control or transformation and then provide the leadership and practical support required to change it.Our work connects commercial strategy, revenue operations, people, processes, technology, AI and management control. We do not treat these as isolated functions because most persistent business problems cross organisational boundaries. The objective is to leave clients with stronger performance, clearer decisions and a more effective operating model.
We help businesses create sustainable growth, strengthen commercial control and use technology more effectively. This may involve clarifying the market and proposition, improving go-to-market execution, making pipeline and forecasts more reliable, strengthening leadership accountability or applying AI and automation to operational problems. Our role is to identify what is constraining performance, determine what should change and support the organisation in making that change work. The outcome should be measurable business improvement, not more activity, unnecessary technology or another strategy document.
Our work is organised around three connected areas.Commercial Growth and GTM defines where growth will come from and how the organisation will convert it.Revenue Operations and Commercial Control improves pipeline, forecasting, pricing, performance visibility and revenue accountability.AI, Automation and Orchestration Intelligence improves how work, information and decisions move across people and technology.People Enablement runs through all three areas, strengthening leadership, capability, accountability and adoption so that improvement can be sustained.
We work with founders, chief executives, boards and leadership teams in growing, established and transforming organisations.Clients typically approach us when growth has stalled, commercial performance has become difficult to predict, leadership capacity is stretched or technology investment is not producing sufficient operational value. We can support businesses preparing for investment, entering new markets, restructuring operations or moving into their next stage of development. Our approach is particularly valuable where the visible problem crosses commercial, organisational and technology boundaries and cannot be solved by one functional team alone.
Most consultancies begin with the service they want to sell. We begin with what is preventing the business from moving forward. We connect commercial, people and technology expertise around the same business outcome. This prevents separate specialists from producing disconnected recommendations or competing programmes. Our work is evidence-led, proportionate and practical. We challenge assumptions, identify root causes and establish the leadership, controls and implementation priorities required to make improvement sustainable. We are not interested in making the engagement larger than the problem. The right intervention is the smallest credible response capable of producing the required result.
WATSON is our evidence-led business diagnostic. It helps leadership teams understand what is actually causing a commercial or operational problem before they commit to a solution. WATSON examines visible symptoms, tests existing assumptions and identifies root causes, friction and control gaps.It is available as a Snapshot Diagnostic, Guided Diagnostic or Full Commercial Diagnostic, depending on the complexity and depth required. The output provides a clear view of the current position, improvement priorities and the decisions leadership should make next.
Fractional Transformation gives organisations access to experienced commercial, people and technology leaders without requiring a full-time executive appointment.A fractional leader joins the business for an agreed proportion of their time and takes responsibility for defined outcomes. This may involve leading a function, addressing a critical performance issue or coordinating a wider transformation. We can provide one leader, a leadership pair or a connected fractional team. The commitment is shaped around the requirement, but the authority, experience and accountability remain at executive level.
Many organisations already operate through Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform. A Microsoft-first approach allows us to examine how the existing environment can support AI, automation, data and operational improvement before recommending additional technology. This can reduce duplication, control costs and make security, governance and adoption more manageable.Microsoft-first does not mean Microsoft-only. Technology decisions are based on the business requirement, existing architecture, commercial case and risk. The technology must answer to the operating need, not determine it.
We can support the full journey from diagnosis and strategy through to implementation, leadership and performance review. Some clients require a focused diagnostic or independent advisory engagement. Others need hands-on support to redesign processes, establish commercial controls, introduce technology or lead a defined transformation.Where continuing ownership is required, we can provide fractional leadership to work alongside the existing team. The scope is agreed at the outset. Our role is to provide the level of support required to turn decisions into action without creating unnecessary dependency.
The first step is a conversation about what is happening in the business, what is becoming difficult and what needs to change. You do not need to choose a service, diagnostic or fractional executive before speaking with us. We will help determine whether the problem requires further diagnosis, focused advisory support, fractional leadership or another route entirely. If there is a credible reason to work together, we will define the outcome, scope, responsibilities, timetable and commercial model. If external support is not required, we will say so.
