Microsoft 365 Copilot
Microsoft AI & Intelligence
Microsoft 365 Copilot,
powered by Work IQ
Work IQ is the unique intelligence layer behind Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents that helps Copilot know you, your job and your company, connecting individual and organisational knowledge to deliver intelligence built just for you and the flow of your work
Context
Work IQ uses memory to learn from your unique style, preferences, and habits, adapting to your patterns over time.
Data
Work IQ starts with your work and business data, all the rich knowledge in your emails, files, meetings, chats, and transactions, capturing how work gets done across your organisation.
Skills and tools
By combining data and context, Work IQ helps tailor Copilot and agents with specialised instructions that optimise them for specific tasks.
Chat
Supercharge productivity, streamline tasks, and uncover insights in seconds with secure AI chat powered by Work IQ. It works across Microsoft apps and gives everyone access to agents, all in the flow of work.
Search
Describe what you’re looking for, as a question, phrase, or command and find it fast with AI-powered enterprise search. With Work IQ, it goes beyond keywords to surface the right results from your work content and apps.
Agents
ready to use
Add agents to Copilot that automate common tasks or work on your behalf. Ready-to-use agents from Microsoft and trusted partners are available in the Agent Store. Agents tap into Work IQ and are tuned for your unique workflows and business needs
AI agents that help run your business
Insights alone don’t move work forward. Operate more efficiently and unlock revenue growth with AI agents that can execute core business processes.
Notebooks
Create
Bring together your Copilot chats, files, meeting notes, and project materials, then build on it. Copilot Notebooks helps you organise and analyse your content, and even create something new from it. You can also get AI-generated podcast-style summaries of your content to help you quickly catch up.
Quickly turn your ideas into designed content, videos, podcasts, or surveys or edit what you already have. Get started easily with a prompt, a template, or your company brand kit.
Integrated where you work
Turn Copilot into an interactive workspace with agents. Use them to analyse Excel data, send an email, update records in your go-to work apps, and more, without leaving the chat.
Secure by design
Built on Work IQ
Say goodbye to generic AI assistance. Tap into the intelligence layer that gives Copilot and agents the context needed to fine-tune every output to you, your job, and your company.
Secured by Microsoft
Have peace of mind with Agent 365, the end-to-end control plane where you can observe, secure, and govern every agent across your entire organisation, all in one place.
AI Adoption and Execution
Turning AI access into consistent, measurable performance
Most organisations already have access to AI through platforms like Microsoft 365. Tools such as Copilot are available, visible, and increasingly encouraged across teams.
Despite this, adoption remains inconsistent.
Some individuals use it regularly.
Others ignore it completely.
Outputs vary in quality.
Usage is unstructured and largely invisible to leadership.
As a result, AI exists within the business, but it does not meaningfully change how work is carried out or how performance improves.
What this actually is
This is a structured intervention designed to embed AI into how the business operates on a day-to-day basis.
It moves AI from optional usage to defined application within specific roles, workflows and commercial processes. Rather than focusing on awareness or experimentation, the emphasis is on consistent, repeatable use that improves efficiency, decision-making and execution
This is not a training programme and it is not a technology rollout. It is the point at which AI becomes part of the operating model rather than a tool used inconsistently by individuals.
Why this matters
The gap between access and adoption is where most AI initiatives fail.
Providing access to AI does not ensure it is used effectively. Without structure, usage becomes fragmented. Some teams develop isolated use cases, while others disengage. Outputs lack consistency, and there is no clear connection between AI usage and business outcomes.
This creates a false sense of progress. The organisation appears to be using AI, but there is no measurable impact on performance.
Until AI is embedded into how work is actually performed, it remains an underutilised capability.

Needs
Assessment
2 Weeks
Following the consultation we conduct comprehensive needs assessment workshop with our adoption specialist team to define use cases and adapt training needs to fit your requirements. We will run through some typical use cases of Microsoft Copilot and find areas to save your organisation time across multiple departments
Data Security Assessment
1-2 Weeks
The next step is for our security team to assess your Microsoft 365 tenant. This is known as a Copilot Health Check that includes permissions analysis, sensitive information rule configuration, review sensitivity and retention label requirements.
Measure Success Report
2-3 Working Days
The final stage is to analyse the impact that Microsoft Copilot has made to your organisation. Refer back to the initial needs assessment and measure based on agreed success indicators. We provide a report that identifies how much time has been saved and key process improvements. The report may contain further recommendations including process alterations, further use cases and suggestion for next steps.

Training and User Adoption
1-2 Weeks
Once Copilot licenses have been purchased and deployed we provide bespoke training on Copilot and work on specific use cases with your employees to replace existing ways of working and transition to a new more efficient way of working.
